The technology for the production of thermal panels has established itself as a separate type of facade materials that compete with similar expensive decorative panels in the construction market. Reliable protection of the outer layer is presented in the form of a concrete slab, which well protects the structure from both - direct fire effects and atmospheric and other influences. This concrete slab is made using artificial stone technology, which creates an original look for the facade. We went even further by launching a new line of 3D effect thermal panels. Insulation of the panel is a plate, made of expanded polystyrene foam or stone wool, which is a good insulation and noise absorber. Cladding with facade thermal panels is one of the most effective technologies today.
Thermal panels have a number of advantages over other systems:
- 1. Flawless cladding for brick, decorative stone.
- 2. Effective wall insulation
- 3. Environmental friendliness of materials.
- 4. Guaranteed protection against atmospheric precipitation.
- 5. Self-supporting, do not require additional foundations.
- 6. Absence of wet processes and related problems of installation of facades.
- 7. Carrying out works in any weather and at any time of the year.
- 8. Minimum installation time (cottage facing in 2-3 weeks)
- 9. Cleanliness and accuracy of installation.
- 10. Cost advantage over traditional cladding schemes in a financial crisis.
- 11. Expensive specialists are not required for installation.
The price depends on the type of insulation (foam, mineral wool or extruded polystyrene foam) and on the thickness of the insulation (from 20mm to ----- mm).
This is a reliable cladding of the facade of the house, fixed with anchors to any base: OSB slab, timber, concrete, expanded clay concrete, brick, unplastered and plastered walls.
Facade panels are heat-insulating and durable.
External insulation of houses is possible all year round, even at sub-zero temperatures. House cladding is solidity.
Excellent performance in terms of basic characteristics (strength, moisture absorption, sound insulation, fire resistance, frost resistance).Typical sizes 50\\50, 30\\60.At the request of the customer, it is possible to manufacture other sizes and textures.
Our company has a creative approach to business. We listen to each client and work only individually. We take into account the peculiarities of your structure in the manufacture of thermal panels, choosing insulation, dimensions and texture. To achieve the effect of individuality, by combining various textures, we can fulfill your most brave decisions.
In order to determine what you need - the traditional method of insulation, or the insulation of thermal panels, Eurodizains will consider an example of traditional insulation.
Plaster.
Step 1: collect the necessary material: sheet polystyrene; fasteners; assembly glue; reinforced mesh; putty; primer; drill; sharp knife; spatulas;
hammer.
Step 2: preparing the walls. The working surface, regardless of the material of manufacture, must be perfectly flat.
Step 3: The glue is applied to the sheet with a spatula, the excess is removed with a notched trowel. Additionally, glue is applied to the wall surface. A sheet of styrofoam is gently applied to the wall and tapped lightly to secure it.
Step 4: fixing on nails. The outer surface of the house is left for 3 days to dry the glue, after which it is fixed on special nails. They are hammered along the edges and, for reliability, one in the center.
Step 5: gluing the mesh. A layer of glue is applied to the foam, then a mesh is applied. When the surface is dry, wipe it with sandpaper, apply a finishing putty or decorative plaster on top.
Thermal panels Eurodizains
Step 1: you need the panels themselves, a perforator, a grinder, a sharp knife and polyurethane foam, an anchor or the cuts themselves.
Step 2: apply two strips of foam on the inner surface of the panel (cross to cross), apply the panel to the wall (the wall does not require preliminary preparation), drill holes into the guides in the recesses in the panel and fix the panel to the anchor or self-cuts.
The house is insulated and decorated.
